The Academy was established in May, 2018 to empower people towards productivity life. In addition to
this, the over 300 letters written to the General Overseer for assistance within few months, we have
categorized the needs and would be using the Academy as the platform to train the people and guide
them into productive ventures to earn regular income from. The Academy would equip job seekers with
the knowledge and skills as well as useful information to enable them to find their dream jobs (it will not
promise to provide jobs to anyone). It would also equip those who want to venture into business, how
to identify profitable businesses and make maximum gains from them. It will provide knowledge, skills,
network. It will also teach participants numerous ways they can raise funds for their businesses as well
as grant and fund loan opportunities for entrepreneurs.
With this Academy, members who still have the begging and demand culture will be given a re-
orientation, a new lifestyle that encourages productivity, wealth creation, financial freedom, prosperity
and generous giving rather than begging. That renewing of mind and change of attitude bring huge
blessings to our church and our teeming members.
THE VISION
The vision to establish the MFM Business Academy was birthed by the need to empower the teeming
members of the church with the requisite knowledge, skills, tools, network, grants and loans they need
to start and successfully run business enterprises of their choice (small scale, medium scale and large
scale).
The tasks involved in setting up a business, managing it successfully and growing it to a big, nationally
and internationally acclaimed, thriving business are onerous. Therefore, such tasks and the processes
they entail must be well taught and clearly understood before they are practiced.
THE MISSION
The mission of the MFM Business Academy is to raise a distinguished crop of business owners and
entrepreneurs who will generate creative and innovative business ideas, prepare business plans as well
as the financials and demonstrate clear understanding of how to create a winning product or service
from concept to the market. The Academy will teach participants how to take their businesses from
being local to global in reach and market as well as how to become brand leaders. Such individuals
would become big employers of labour and they would enjoy financial freedom. They would also
become testimonies, encouragement and mentors to younger entrants into entrepreneurship.
The Academy will run its courses in levels.
There will be Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3.
The duration of each Level is one week.
The Academy will issue certificates to successful participants.
