THE VISION OF PEF

  • To meet the needs of members physically and materially through spiritual principles.
  • Establishment on financial matters and all related problems
  • Facilitation of closeness between church leadership and member
  • Facilitation of business expansion in market place
  • Bring into the limelight great talents and gifts of ordinary members of the church
  • Relate with other organizations outside and within the country in relation to matters that affects members.
  • Promotion of commitment of brethren who are professional and business people to the finance of the gospel and development of the church
  • Encouragement of business networking among members
  • Facilitate brethren closer to God.

THE MISSION OF PEF

  • Bridge the wide gap between the poor and the rich through empowerment and wealth creating initiatives.
  • To organize business workshops and other investment seminars.
  • Become a leading force that will champion the vanguard towards the promotion of excellence and sense of responsibilty among members.
  • creating leverage for members to achieve their financial goals through business cocktail, lunch or dinner in a godly atmosphere
  • Commitment to increasing business skill,money management skill and investment skill of members.

ACTIVITIES OF PEF

The following avenues of service have been identified and developed to impact the lives of different categories of members of the church and implement the programs of Productivity Enhancement Foundation:

The aims and objectives of each of these activities of service are as detailed below:

1] Skills Acquisition And Training

Specially designed for the members, who are still willing to become self-employed by learning technical skills for wealth creation and other productive ventures. Basically, to encourage members to have multiple stream of income.

2] Business Fellowship Meetings

The fellowship is designed to bring together all members ,to interact, network and relate with themselves as a christian community

3] Employment Bureau

The Bureau aims to promote networking among job seekers and job providers. it will maintain a data bank which will include the resume of prospective employees which will be made available to job providers.

4] Readers' Forum

Ideas rules the world. PEF will actively promote the reading culture of its members and stock of new books, and important idea generating books, that are considered worthy of interest to members. Book exchanges among members will be encouraged pending the time of establishment of the foundation’s library.
